Shipping Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery all over the world.

We use USPS for parcels in the USA and Royal Mail for parcels to other countries.

Shipping Costs

  • The price is for delivery and is recalculated depending on the weight of the order.

Free shipping on orders above 100 USD.

Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
Delivery time for USA - 3-4 business days.
Delivery time for Europe - 5-7 business days.
Delivery time for the rest of the world - 10-15 business days.

Delivery time may be extended due to holidays or a period of high workload of the courier service.

Please, note that the estimates are given by delivery companies as ‘delivery aim’, in some cases it may take longer. For more information, check the website.

Shipping Confirmation or Order Tracking

We will notify you of the shipment within 2-3 business days and send you its tracking number by email, which you specified when placing the order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Stick Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

The Stick Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Send us photos of damage and the duplicate of the claim to our e-mail. In this case, we will have a justification for making a claim to the carrier from our side.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible: hello@thestick.company

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

Please, double check the delivery address you supply to ensure it is correct. You can change the delivery address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
The Stick Company is not responsible for the correctness of the specified address. If we have any doubts about the correctness of your address, we will contact you by email. Also, if the address you specified is not recognized by the courier service, the order may be canceled.

Proof of Delivery

Confirmation of delivery is considered to be your signature or the signature of a person authorized by you on the courier invoice.
