Custom items may not be returned in exchange for a refund, store credit or to be replaced unless there is an issue.

Return and refund policy for non-custom items (limited warranty)
The limited warranty only covers the initial purchaser and therefore is non-transferable.
For the warranty service, it is necessary to provide either the original or a copy of the sales receipt from thestick.company website or authorized IMStick sellers. This is required except if the law forbids it.
This warranty does not apply to products purchased through unofficial sellers.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED ON TOP OF ALL OTHER RIGHTS THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE AT LAW.
The limited warranty enables you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights in addition to this, depending on your location.

Common possible damage of product use: wear and tear as a result of misuse, carelessness, dropping or other abuse of product when not used correctly, damage from incorrect repairing or care, damage from modifications to product and any damage to other products for example damage to device used with product.

Warranty claims need to be done directly to Cylinders Family LLC. Product must be returned to Cylinders Family LLC, 3780 Mykonos Lane, Apt 55, San Diego, CA 92130, U.S.A. The claim needs to be done in a traceable way and include the initial receipt as well as your contact details. If we decide that the product is indeed valid for a defect warrant, we will either repair it, give a replacement or or give you a refund of the price at which you bought the product, within 30 days. We are not responsible for any product damage or loss during shipment. Our customers have to pay shipping fees for returning of any goods as well as any other customs fees necessary. We will pay the shipping costs for the either replaced or repaired product being sent back to the customer.

Your only requital for a claim included in this warranty. We have the right to send replacements that may not be the exact same model but of same or similar style product as an equivalent. Replacements will only be sent in exchange for the defective product. These replaced products are covered by the same limited warranty only for the initial period of warranty, of the original product (on top of any other rights you have).

IF ANY OF THESE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED OR PERMITTED BY LAW AT ALL OR TO THAT EXTENT, THE WHOLE OF OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
